Each customer’s requirements are different. We will normally establish the timeline during our first conversation. In general, smaller pieces like letters and paper gifts may take one to two weeks. Larger commissions, such as family trees, require more time and depend on the complexity of the work. It’s always best to get in contact as soon as you can and allow me as much time as you can.
