Dowsing has been around for centuries. It’s a simple yet powerful technique that helps people find water, energy lines, and even lost objects using rods or pendulums. But as Douglas explains, it’s not just about waving a tool around, you need patience, practice, and the right mindset. Overthinking can get in the way, while being open and relaxed makes all the difference.

One of the most interesting parts of our conversation was about how energy lines in the earth can affect our health. Douglas has seen first-hand how underground water and magnetic lines running beneath houses can create energy vortexes. These can disturb sleep, drain energy, and even lead to long-term health issues.

We also touched on how modern technology, things like Wi-Fi routers and smart meters, can have a similar impact. Douglas shared how simple solutions, like placing copper rings in the right spots, can help neutralize these effects.

We also talked about ancient sacred sites and how they were built on places of high energy. Our ancestors seemed to understand these forces in ways we’re only starting to rediscover. This connects to another passion of mine, symbols and calligraphy, which we plan to explore in a future episode.
