Courage is the Power

One evening while I was flicking through my collection of quotes. One a quote in particular kept on coming back into my mind’s eye. “Courage is the Power to let go of the Familiar.” by Raymond Lindquist. It is powerful & inspirational. An affirmation. It reminds me that we all need is the courage to step out of our comfort zones and let go of what no longer suits us. Like those really comfortable & familiar  negative thought patterns that hold us back. The ones that stop us from reaching our goals and dreams. When we have the courage we have the power. And when we have the power we can do anything we put our mind’s to. But first we must let go.  This is the first of my new collection.
